Players need a physical every two years, to maintain eligibility. Please bring the attached form to your doctor, or other provider. The local Urgent Care offers physicals for $50.

All players must be registered online at SEathletics.com, have an up to date physical, and complete the impact test with trainer Marlee Hansen to participate at tryouts.
During tryouts players will be evaluated on technical, physical, and mental aspects of the game. Coaches will evaluate foot skills, passing and receiving, ball striking, 1v1, and playing in 11v11 or small-sided games. Coaches will also look for coachable competitive players with positive attitudes and good work ethics. There will also be 2 fitness tests. Players will be expected to run 7 laps around the track in 15 minutes or less. Players will be expected to run 5 consecutive 120 yard sprints in 20 seconds with a 40 second recovery jog back.
Attend all scheduled tryouts/trainings/team functions. Arrive on time (15 minutes early). Bring running shoes, soccer cleats, shin guards, and water to all trainings. Let me know in advance if you have a conflict of any kind. Thanks and GO SOUTH!
