Winter Sports practices begin on November 18! 

All OSAA winter sports begin practices on Monday, November 18th. All athletes intending on participating must have completed registration on FamilyID before they can attend practices.

Girls Soccer come up short against Mountainside 

The Axe Girls magical soccer season came to an end last night with a 2-0 loss to Mountainside HS in the State Semi Finals. The girls finished the year 16-1-1, the best overall record in school history.

Girls Cross Country finish 4th at State Meet last Saturday! 

Led by senior Maddy Elmore's 5th place finish, the Axe Girls Cross Country brought home the 4th place trophy from the State XC Meet held last Saturday at LCC.

Boys Cross Country finish 6th at the State Meet last Saturday 

The Axe Boys Cross Country team continued their season long improvement to finish in 6th place at the state XC Meet last Saturday held at Lane Community College.

Volleyball finish 2019 season with 2nd round loss to Jesuit 

The South Eugene Volleyball team bowed out of the 2019 OSAA state playoffs on Saturday after a tremendous effort against #1 ranked Jesuit. The team won the first set 25-23 before losing the match 3 sets to 1. Congratulations on a great year.

Axe Football finish the 2019 season with 5 wins and 4 losses. 

The Axe Football team finished their first season under Head Coach, Kenny Koberstein with a 5 win, 4 loss season. The graduating senior class has been the main reason the football team have had back-to-back winning seasons.

Boys Soccer end season at Jesuit in the 2nd round of OSAA Championships 

The Axe Boys Soccer season came to an end in the second round of the OSAA State Soccer Championships on the road at #1 ranked Jesuit Wednesday night with a final score of 4-1. The Axe finished with a SWC co-Championship and a 9-3-4 record.
